Officers
The Ada County Republican Women's Club is governed by a President, First Vice President, Second Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. Additionally, an Executive Board is charged with general supervision over the club. Elections are held annually, with new officers being installed in November.
President - China Gum
The President presides at all meetings of the Club and the Executive Board; appoints the chairmen and members of all committees, except the nominating committee; serves as an ex-officio member of all committees except the nominating committee; appoints individuals to special project positions to assist her in carrying out the activities of the ACRWC as deemed necessary; and performs all other duties pertaining to the office and those prescribed in the club's bylaws.
First Vice President- Lisa Lalliss-Skogsberg
In the absence of the President, the First Vice President presides and performs the duties of the office. At all times, she renders assistance to the president. In case of the resignation or death of the President, she becomes the President for the remaining unexpired part of the term. She also chairs the Membership Committee.
Second Vice President- Rayola Jacobsen
The Second Vice President performs the duties of the President and First Vice President in their absence and acts in an advisory capacity at all times. In the case of the resignation or death of the President and First Vice President, she shall become president for the unexpired remainder of the term. She also chairs the Program Committee.
Secretary- Kitty Kunz
The Secretary keeps an accurate record of the business proceedings of the organization and the Executive Board; maintains a list of all committees, a copy of the bylaws and a copy of any standing or special rules; and manages the list of the names and addresses of all club members. The Secretary is responsible for sending a copy of meeting minutes to the President and ensures minutes are distributed. She preserves in a permanent file all records, minutes and letters of value to the Club and its officers, and upon the end of her term, transferrs these items to her successor. In addition to handling the correspondence of the Club and shall sending out notices when necessary, she sends to the President and Secretary of the State Federation, the names and addresses of all officers immediately after they are elected, and the names and addresses of all Chairmen as they are appointed, and the names and addresses of all delegates and alternates elected by the organization to the biennial convention of the State Federation.
A corresponding secretary may be appointed by the president if needed.
Treasurer- Jamie Arial
The Treasurer serves as custodian of the funds of the club and pays all bills approved by the organization or board. Checks are signed by the Treasurer with the approval of the President. Additionally, she: files all paid bills, keeps an account of receipts and expenditures and submits a report to the membership at regular monthly meetings with a copy for the president; receives all dues given to her by the membership chair; submits a written report at the annual meeting; and collects and transmits all dues and service charges to Idaho Federation of Republican Women as directed.

The 3 Directors serve as mentors of the club and assist the President in promoting the work of ACRWC.
Executive Board
The elected officers of the organization and chairmen of standing committees comprise the club's the Executive Board. The Executive Board is vested with general supervision over the organization between its meetings and performs other duties as are specified in the club's bylaws. The board is subject to the orders of the organization, and none of its acts are allowed to conflict with action taken by the organization. The Executive Board also fills all vacancies which occur between elections.
